Ah well well well well.. Let's begin with what I had for breakfast. I kind of got bored of the usual cereal scenario so I made up my own breakfast this morning (which you can also check on my Recipes page). It's basically Natural Peanut Butter (the MUFA that I should eat) with Rice Krispies topped off with strawberries, and a cup of milk on the side :)
For lunch, I had yesterday's leftover pizza (which was basically just whole wheat crust topped of
f with tomatoes, basil and a bit of mozzarella), as for dinner.. I cut up 3 tomatoes topped them off with olive oil a pinch of salt and black pepper and shoved them in the oven. While they were cooking I grilled a piece of chicken; I don't really know why I decided on this recipe, I'm not such a big fan of tomatoes. Anyway, I ended up eating the chicken but leaving the tomatoes behind. I shall learn not to make that mistake again.
