While
following this Diet, I realized that sometimes I have to make my own
meal, in other words, altering their recipes into my own but following
all the rules. That's when I decided to post recipes of my own but
following this diet.
Peanut Butter Crisp
You need:
1 cup of Rice Krispies
2 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (spice can vary depending on taste but I love cinnamon)
4-6 medium-sized strawberries
1 cup of milk on the side
How to Prepare:
This
is really simple, you mix together the Rice Krispies with the peanut
butter in a small bowl (be careful not to mash the rice krispies) and
then add, according to your preference, the spice which in this case is
the cinnamon. Stem the strawberries and cut them into small pieces and
just toss them over the mix. And don't forget the cup of milk :)
